My view on qualities required for good sales person and everyone :-
1) logical correlation of current scenario with the product we are selling (eg.people are looking to update their skills in lockdown, so online certifications makes sense)
2) your knowledge about content of business and other topics (sports, current affairs, news, etc to talk on common grounds) also builds relationship and trust on the product, company and that they are associating with the right company/team.
3) talk to many people in industry.most important quality : patience, persistence, not giving up-highly self motivated, social, thick skinned, believer, respectful, thankful, etc.
